"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

"Shortie" is almost walking

Look at "Shortie" she is almost walking. We call Kenna shortie because she is only in the 2nd percentile of her height. In other words very, very short. She is now standing up all by herself and is thinking very hard about taking a step. Look at her balance that juice in one hand and still stay standing, she is getting very good. Not too long and she will be walking and keeping up with her sisters.

Happy 3rd Birthday Kynzee Kate

My little Kynzee Kate turned 3! Kynzee wanted a little mermaid birthday party and it was so much fun. We also sang happy birthday to Aunt Jaimee who turned 22. Happy Birthday Jaimee! Thank you to all of her family that came to celebrate her birthday. How time really does fly. It seems like just yesterday that she was born. She is such a sweet little girl. Very shy and quiet, but such an angel. We love her so much. She adds so much love and happiness to our home. Maddy cannot stand to be without Kynzee for very long she is honestly her best friend, and Kenna cannot wait for Kynzee to give her kisses and loves every morning. We love her beautiful blue eyes and her sweet little voice, her tender kisses and hugs and I love yous. Happy Birthday Kynzee we love you!

Going Boating

I was in the laundry room folding clothes and came out to find the girls doing this! I asked what they were doing and they said we are going boating mom. I asked what the ponies were for and they are so smart they said that they were the oars that made them move in the boat. My girls have the biggest imaginations. They are always keeping themselves entertained by using their wild imagination. How fun for them!

Riding Horses

My girls love to ride horses! They have two fake horses that they ride at least once a day every day. They take turns on who gets to ride what horse and Kenna is just happy to ride any horse. They laugh and have so much fun riding together. They pretend like they are in a race and it is so fun to listen to them. Notice Kynzee has a different outfit on in two different pictures. well that is because she changes her clothes at least 10 times a day and in the middle of me taking pictures of them she said she had to go for a minute and came back with a different outfit on. I can't keep up with that girl and her clothes. They are everywhere! I am so glad my girls get a long so well. Maddy and Kynzee are so close in age that they are just best little buddies. I love it and so do they.

Cowgirl Maddy

Maddy got to dress up like a cowgirl for Preschool one day and had so much fun. Her Grandma Williams made these chaps and vest for her for Christmas and she loves them, and was so excited to wear them to school. Maddy loves school!

I Love Lighthouses

I don't think very many of you know this about me, but I absolutely love lighthouses! I remember in young womens years ago the song "Like a Lighthouse" and I loved singing it. Little did I know that this song would help me get through trials in my life oneday. We all have those huge storms in our life that feel like they could knock us over. I feel like I am like a lighthouse and when the storms in my life come I can stay strong and remain bright and the storms will eventually pass. My family and friends have also been the lighthouses in my life, keeping me going and helping me a long. I also at times feel like I am the boat in the storm and when things are out of my control and the waves or my trials are going to knock me over the Savior is always their for me shining bright like the lighthouse to lead me to shore. If only I look for him and rely on him to strengthen me I can make it. Always remember the lighthouses in your lives!

Bloglines

I finally figured out how to do Bloglines! Janeal and Holly you were right it is so much easier and saves a lot of time blogging. Those of you who don't know what it is you need to. So go to bloglines.com and sign up and then click on feeds in the upper left corner and add the blogs that you like to look at. And then from now on you just have to sign in and the feeds will tell you who has updated their blogs. So you never have to keep checking every ones blogs to see if they have new posts. It is so nice. Thank you for telling me about it. Email me if you have any questions and I will help you out as much as I can. Good luck to you!

No Reservations

I don't watch movies very often, but my sister left this one at my house the other day and said it was good. So Josh and I watched it this weekend and it was so good! If you haven't seen it you need to. I absolutely loved it! It was kinda slow at first but really turned out great. I haven't seen a good romantic show like this in a long time. It put those lovey butterflies in my stomach, very very good. I would recommend it to anyone.

Kynzee's Birthday Invitation

We have another birthday in our family! April is a busy month for us. People probably think I am crazy but I absolutely love to make invitations for my girls birthday parties. I started making invitations when Maddy was born and everyone kept telling me it wouldn't last and here I am on the third child still doing it. I love to have a cute invitation in their scrapbook for their birthday. I also love to get invitations for my nieces and nephews parties with a picture and I keep them in a special scrapbook so my girls can look at them. So here is my newest invitation for Kynzee's party and I thought it turned out cute!

Reflecting back on the day Makenna was born

I have been reflecting back to the day Makenna was born a lot lately. I wanted to post some pictures of her when she was born so I could remember how tiny she was. Makenna only weighed 6 lbs 9 oz and seemed so small compared to my other girls who were both 7 1/2 lbs. I had am emergency C-section with Makenna and it was such a scary day. I remember when she was placed into my arms for the first time, the love I had for her was so great. She was warm and smelled so good, a brand new baby from heaven. I was the luckiest person alive at that moment. I have such a struggle throughout my pregnancies and nightmare deliveries, it seems like it takes me years to get those tiny miracles here. But I just keep doing it for many reasons, but one being it is a time that I feel so close to the spirit, like he is in the room right next to me. I have felt the Lord by my side at each one of the deliveries of my babies, what a comforting feeling that is. I know he has never left me alone during those frightful times in my life. I know that he sends these special spirits to me and on that day kisses them goodbye and lets me have them to love and to raise. I feel so honored to have been given that job. I will always remember the day my babies were born, it will linger in my heart forever. I want to make it a tradition to write about the day they were born on their birthdays and post pictures of them so tiny so I will never forget. I sure love my baby girls.

Fun summer toy!

I have to admit I hate trampolines!!! I was a nurse in Pediatrics and saw way too many accidents from trampolines so I have always told myself I would never buy one. Well Maddy has been bugging me to get one so I started looking for a safe one just her size, and I finally found one I absolutely love! walmart.com had this trampoline and it was so cheap and completely caged in and sooooo safe that even my little Makenna can jump in it. My girls love it and they jumped for hours in it all weekend. So much fun for them and I will never worry about them falling off or doing tricks on it that will break a bone. All they can do is jump and jump and jump and use it like trampolines were made to be used. And when I am working in the yard I can zip Makenna in it and she will not get loose. Love it! Love it! Just thought I would share it with you.

Maddy lost her 2nd tooth!!!!

Well we pulled another tooth this weekend. And yes Daddy is using a pair of Maddy's panties again, they are just the right size and not to thick so Daddy can get a good grip on Maddy's tiny teeth. This time they are hello kitty instead of princess. Maddy is loosing teeth like crazy and she is only 4 years old. I cannot believe it! Her new teeth are just pushing her old ones right out of her mouth they are so ready to come in. She was so brave and let her Daddy pull and pull until it finally came out. The tooth Fairy came to see her and she is a happy toothless girl!

Makenna's Birthday Party

We had a big weekend! We celebrated Makenna's 1st birthday. It brought back a lot of memories from the day she was born and all the events that followed. I am so lucky to be alive from having her and I am also lucky to have her alive today. I am so grateful at this time for modern medicine, you just never know when that one delivery might go bad and you need to be in the hands of a good Doctor. Our family has been blessed from Makenna in just one year. She has brought so much joy into our lives, she is such a sweet little angel. We all love her so much and it was a happy day to celebrate her birthday. I think every mom has those mixed emotions on birthdays and mine are very happy and sad at the same time. I just love my babies so much, I think they are so fresh from heaven that they bring a spirit into our home that is so indescribable. They just grow up way too fast. I will forever be thankful for the gift the Lord has given me, to be called a Mother.

Miss Makenna and her lady bug birthday cake!!!!

Kenna got books from Aunt Katie, and she loves to look at books! She also got a car that the girls can push her in and she giggles and giggles when she rides in it. She thinks she is pretty big in it and tries to stand up. The car will definitely be fun for summer.

Fullmer cousins and sisters waiting for Kenna to eat her cake!

Kenna got two baby dolls for her birthday and she loves them! Right when she opened them she gave them both kisses and hugs and would not put them down. She is such a sweetie!

Makenna on Grandma and Grandpa Fullmer's lap giving cousin Taya a hug! So cute.

Williams cousins waiting patiently to eat cake!

This is Kenna's cousin Jenna. I had to post this picture because it was so hilarious. Little Jenna was having so much fun with this balloon it kept her entertained for quite awhile. She was getting pretty excited about it and looked like she was attacking it!!! Funny Funny!
