Do you ever tuck those little people of yours in at night and wonder where the day went? Or do you just sit and stare at them with a prayer in your heart that they will be watched over while they are sleeping? Some nights I have major anxiety about putting my kids to sleep, I am always worried about them. I took pictures of them all snuggled in when I tucked them in and they are just so sweet. I have a bedtime ritual with each of them and they all like something different. Jaxon has to have his special blanket by his face with his bottle in one hand and his binky in the other or the other way around. He is such a snuggle bug and I could just cuddle with him all night, I hate putting him to bed. Kenna loves a story usually the same one, her favorite Dora one! Then she has to have a rice bag warmed up on her feet, with her special blanket by her face. And when I start walking out of her room she will say don’t let the bed bugs bite Mom! I love it! Kynzee is super easy going and just needs her special blanket and a drink of water. Maddy needs her blanket laid over her pillow and she needs a kiss and she has to give me a kiss and she has to say goodnight and I love you over and over again until I am up the stairs and can’t hear her anymore. There is lots more that we do each night, but these are just some special little things I don’t want to forget. I love these little people of mine and I hope and pray every day that I am a good enough Mom to them, that I am doing all that I can do for them. I know that most days my house is a mess and I don’t always get to have my hair or makeup done, I never get to sit down and read a book or paint my nails etc. etc there is just little time for me. But I have always thought that at the end of the day if my kids are happy then I succeeded no matter what me or my house looks like. I try my best and that’s all that I can do, some days I feel like I am wearing very thin just giving my best, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I really hope that I am dividing my time equally and giving them the important things that Heavenly Father would want me to give them. I hope I am teaching them the most important things so they will have a good foundation when they leave my arms someday. I know these little Angels left a Heavenly Father and came to me and their Daddy and he trusted us with them. I know he said to them before they left to remember him and to never forget who they are. I hope we are doing a good job so they will never forget where they came from and who they are. Goodnight sweet angels and I can’t wait to have another day with you tomorrow.

Happy Valentines Day
We had a wonderful Valentines Day full of all kinds of fun things. Josh’s Mom made the girls these adorable Valentines skirts that the girls absolutely love. So I had to take some quick pictures of them in their cute skirts. The flower man came first thing in the morning and brought two different bouquets of flowers for me. I was thinking he had made a mistake, but nope they were both for me. I want to explain the yellow ones so I never forget. On our way home from Utah a couple weeks ago the kids were watching “Enchanted” in the car and that song “How do you know that he loves you” came on. Well we were singing to it and it is just the cutest song. Well when the song was over Josh said “I have done all those things that they say to do to show you that I love you”. Well I very quickly said no you haven’t you have never sent me yellow flowers. And he gave me a funny look and said “huh”. Well now he can say he has!! They are beautiful! So then after the flowers came Josh went to school lunch with Maddy, Kynzee, and Kenna and they all thought that was just great!! Kynzee is still talking about how Dad took them to lunch. Then I helped with Maddy’s Valentines Day party in her class which was so exciting! I decided at the first of the year I would sign up for one party for each girl and it has been fun to do that. I did Kynzee’s Christmas party so it was Maddy’s turn. Anyway that turned out to be a lot of fun and Maddy loved having me there. After school Josh took us to town and let the kids pick out something fun for Valentines day, they thought that was so fun!! Then we got a babysitter and the two of us went to the Sandpiper for dinner and it was fabulous! What a wonderful Valentines Day!

Eastern Caribbean Cruise
This is where I should have been today! My family planned a cruise and I was suppose to go, they boarded the ship today without me :( Why…..well mainly because I am a big chicken about leaving my kids for ten days, (I feel guilty even leaving them overnight) and I am very afraid of the water and big boats like that! I don’t know what is wrong with me, what was I thinking? I am so jealous, and sad that I didn’t go. They will have so much fun! This is the first trip my parents have been on in over 30 years, they deserved it! A group of ten of them went and they are all such fun people they will have a blast and I can’t wait to see their pictures when they get home. I gave Mom and Dad a camera for Christmas just so they could take some beautiful pictures for me to see where they went.

Lollipop Dance
Maddy and Kynzee got to perform their “Lollipop” dance for the first time this season. It is the cutest little dance I love it! Another dance group was putting on a show and invited my sister in laws (she teaches my girls) dance team to be a part of it. So they got to perform one of the three dances they have for this year and it was so fun for them. They did awesome!! Spring is always busy for us with dance competitions and we are looking forward to it this year, this was a nice practice for them before they dance for real!! The girls love to dance and I love to watch them because they have so much fun. I love to get them all dressed up cute and see the excitement in their eyes. I am always so nervous for them, but they just seem very relaxed and enjoy it! I am so lucky because dance is just down the road from me and it makes it really easy to get them to and from dance, and my sister in law who teaches lives by me so I get lucky and she takes them for me because it’s on her way :) I love that dance comes right in the middle of this nasty time of year before summer because it helps pass the time.
This is their cute little group this year. All but one of these girls have been dancing in this same group since they were 2 and 3, so they know each other very well. Fun group of girls!
These two are such good friends and I think it is because they are so close in age that they do everything together. I hope they always stay close like this.
Missing one girl here but it was a cute picture!
This is just like Maddy to block her face!
Isn’t this a typical look from an older sister! I am not sure what Kynzee was doing but Maddy didn’t think it was very cool!
Clean Little Boy
I just love love love this sweet little boy all clean and snuggly after his bath! This little guy loves his bath, but he has to be very careful and put his hands at the bottom of the tub at all times to hold himself steady! He doesn’t try to stand or move around at all. He is very cautious and it is so funny to watch. And when he gets out of the tub he just wants to snuggle…I love this boy of mine!

Snuggly Boy
I keep thinking the little guy will grow out of this snuggly thing he does…but no! And I am not complaining because I love it, he is so sweet. He woke up a few hours after we had put him to sleep so I gave him to Josh and he laid by him for the longest time, he didn’t want me to take him away. Josh loved it! I don’t know what we would do without this snuggly boy, we love him so much!

Salt Lake City Arena Moto Cross
We made a trip to Utah this weekend where the weather was 45 degrees…that was so warm compared to our nasty cold weather we have been having. Josh and the girls rode in a motorbike race, and me and Kenna and Jaxon watched! It was really a very fun weekend, so nice to get away. They all did wonderful and finished with no big accidents so that was great. My girls can’t wait for the next one! This was a little different for them because it had one big hill…and usually they just go over little hills. So on the practice run Maddy went but Kynzee said no way…then after watching Maddy do it Kynzee decided it would be okay and she did it! I was so proud of her, they both were very brave and had lots of fun. It is amazing to me how these girls can dance one weekend and be so soft and graceful and then the next weekend they’re on a bike riding tuff!!
Josh Racing (2nd from the left)
Maddy Racing (1st on the left) Look at Maddy on top of that big hill!!
Kynzee Racing (3rd from the left) I am not going to lie my little Kynzee was scared every time she had to go up this big hill but she did awesome! My little motorbike racers with their Daddy
My girls watching the races from the gate, they loved it!
My little guy watching the races from his carseat! He was not to thrilled when we first got there but, but as long as we kept him busy he was fine. His little head would move back and forth really fast trying to keep up with the riders. I put my gloves on him and they kept him entertained for a little while, it was fun to watch him with them!! He is such a good boy!
Josh’s sister Jessica was in Utah for the weekend so her and her boyfriend met up with us at the races, they were a big help, and the kids had fun with them.
My little family
And we can’t forget swimming in the hotel at midnight!! That was fun for the kids, and they deserved it after riding those motorbikes so good!!
And here we have tired grouchy Kenna! Kynzee picked her up out of this chair and threw her in the pool.
And she ended up having tons of fun!!
Fun, Fun weekend, I am ready to go again!!
