"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

Happy 7th Birthday Kynzee

Kynzee turned 7 years old on the 26th!! We had a Barbie friend birthday party for her and it turned out to be so fun. Kynzee had been looking forward to her party for weeks, she was so excited. The girls at her party were all very sweet and I think they all had a lot of fun. We played pin the glasses on Barbie, painted nails, broke a pinata, opened presents, played hot potato (only with a Barbie ring instead of potato), and we ate cake and ice cream. Lots of little girl fun!!! I can’t believe my little Kynzee is 7, that is just crazy to me. She is growing up way too fast for me. I hope she had a very Happy Birthday. We love you Kynzee Kate you are such a sweetheart.

Trying to get caught up

I have been working so hard on my blog lately trying to get caught up. I love blogging or journaling, it keeps my mind busy. I am almost caught up and it feels so much better than being behind. Life has been very busy lately, I am just trying to keep up with everything in general not just my blog. Time is going by so fast right now it is just crazy. I went to the doctor last week and things are going great with my pregnancy and I am so glad. My baby is breech, which explains why I feel so abnormal. I can just tell she is not the direction she should be. It really doesn’t matter because I am having a scheduled c-section anyway but I can just tell she is in there the wrong way. She is growing and is healthy and I am still up and moving and keeping up with life so that is good. I am now over 32 weeks pregnant and the Doctor is scheduling the c-section around 38 weeks so I now have 6 weeks or less before she is here. We are so excited!!  I have one more weekend of Utah dance competitions and I cant wait to have that behind me because I have been worried that I would be put on bed rest or something and then I wouldn’t have a way to get my girls to their performance. I went to one this weekend and we survived so I hope we can do the same for next weekend. I have a list of things I need to get done before the baby comes so I have been slowly chipping away at my list and it feels good. I am loving the spring weather with all the beautiful flowering trees in my yard, they make me smile when I look outside. I love that the grass is turning green. My husband is building us a vinyl fence that I am overly excited about and I can’t wait for it to be done. He has been super busy lately but hopefully next week it will be looking more like a fence.  Enjoy my hundreds of posts I have been making because there are lots more to come :)

Kynzee’s 7 Birthday Roses

Kynzee turned 7 on the 26th!! I sent her 7 pink roses for her birthday and she loved them. She was so excited when they came she even tried to jump up and down with them until she realized there was water in the vase. Kynzee is such a sweetheart and we are so happy to have her in our home. She is such an angel! Happy 7th birthday sweet daughter of mine, I love you.DSC_3177

Jaxon and his Daddy

When Daddy is home Jaxon spends a lot of his time sitting with him while he is asleep. Jaxon gets his blanky and his binky and he wants to sit with Dad even if he is asleep. He will sit there and talk to his Daddy like he is awake and he can hear him, it is the sweetest thing ever. Jaxon sure loves his Daddy.DSC_3106DSC_3108

Noise Park Motorbike Race

We went to the Noise Park motorbike race a couple weeks ago and Maddy and Kynzee rode in the kids race and Josh rode the Endurance Race. It was a beautiful day for a race and everyone had lots of fun. Josh rode 47 miles in 2 hours and the girls rode for 30 minutes two times, once before Josh’s race and another time after. They all got a shirt and a plaque to hang on the wall, so much fun!!

That silly thing coming off the top of his head is his camera we gave him for his birthday last year. It has been so fun to watch his videos from all his races so we can see where he rides and when he crashes :)
