"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

Makenna wishes she were a little bigger
It was a nice day and Maddy and Kynzee went outside to play. Makenna loves to watch them from the back window. But today she really wanted to go with them. She can't talk so she just sat at the window and squeeled hoping I would let her out. The girls kept running up to the window to say hello to her and she would cry when they went back to play. She is at a hard age where she can't walk and play with the big girls. They already have so much fun together but some day when Makenna can get around better they will be best little buddies!
Brinley is starting to screech and squeel too. She does it when she's happy, sad, and mad. It's hard to tell how she is feeling sometimes. It's hard to be little and not be able to play with the big girls sometimes.
Cute. Jenna already wants to be out with Anthony and Dad when she sees them out there so i'm sure it will just get worse as the weather gets nicer! She has that exact outfit, bytheway. It was her coming home outfit from the hospital and she was so big, she only got to wear it once...so I had to buy it again.
Josh and I were married in September of 2002. We have four sweet little girls and a handsome little boy. Maddy 11, Kynzee 9, Makenna 7, Jaxon 5, and Raegan 2. I am a stay at home mommy right now and I am loving every minute of it. I wouldn't trade my job for the world. I love my husband and my children more than anything, and this blog is really all about our lives together. We have so much fun as a family. Life is a journey, not always an easy one, but we are making the most out of each day!
“One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.” Thomas S. Monson

That is so cute that she wants to be one of the big girls! I love the picture of the girls playing outstide. Warm spring days are the best!

Sooo cute! I am the youngest so I felt like that with my brothers and sisters all the time! I wish they would stay little longer!
