"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

Fun Bear Lake Trip

What can I say…I love going to Bear Lake and so do my kids!! I took hundreds of pictures the weekend we went. We actually went in July I am just behind on my blogging. The weather was perfect, we had a blast. I was thinking with having Raegan in June that I would have a bummer summer and we would not get to do anything fun because it always takes me forever to recover after a c-section, but this summer was one of my favorite!! Josh was so nice to stop working for a few days and take us away for some fun, he really had to help a lot because I was still not suppose to be lifting anything. We went on motorbike rides, we went to the beach on two different days, we went fishing, we watched movies in the trailer, we has a yummy raspberry shake, we stayed up late every night and laughed and talked and had fun. People think having 5 kids keeps you from doing fun things, well not us, we just keep on going and going!! Lots of memories were made this week. I was still very sore and it was hard to get up and down out of the camping chair so I just sat there and enjoyed the sun and watched my kids play and watched my baby sleep and once in a while she would open her eyes and I took lots of pictures. Really I cant think of anything nicer than that!! I am so glad we got to go, I treasure the memories we make when we go camping. We are so lucky to be able to use the land that Josh’s family owns and we park our trailer there and there is lots of land for the kids to ride bikes on, Kenna even learned how to ride her motorbike with no training wheels, she was so excited.
