"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

Maddy and Kynzee Softball

Maddy and Kynzee played their first year of softball! They had the same, wonderful coach that they have had for t-ball and he did so good with these girls. Softball was a challenge but they did end up winning one game and it was so fun to watch them win one. They practiced and played so hard, I was really proud of them. I was really lucky to even be able to go to their games because of having a baby in the middle of the season it made it really hard. My Mom and Josh helped me get to all  their games, I was lucky to have them help me. I remember sitting there hurting so bad and I should have been home in bed but I could not stand to miss their games. I loved watching the girls play and we can’t wait until next year, this summer went by too fast.DSC_7225DSC_7228DSC_7229DSC_7250DSC_7251DSC_7255DSC_7260DSC_7261DSC_7263DSC_7267DSC_7268DSC_7269DSC_7235DSC_7236DSC_7238DSC_7242DSC_7245DSC_7246DSC_7270DSC_7253

This is how Jaxon felt about watching ball games at the end of the season. He was a really good sport most of the time but at the end he was really done going.
