"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

The kids came to visit

Josh went to my parent’s house and picked up the kids for a couple hours and brought them to the hospital to see me and Raegan. I was so happy to see them, four days is a long time for me to be away from my kids. Maddy even said while she was at the hospital that she is never away from me for that long. The kids all love Raegan and loved getting some time with her. I see so much happiness and love in my children’s eyes when they see their baby sister, I just love it. My hospital room was very entertaining to them, they found all kinds of things to play around with so they didn’t get to stay very long before it was time for them to go back to Grandma’s where it is safe. Jaxon and Kenna loved these slippers that my Aunt Michelle brought for me to wear while I was in the hospital.
