"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

A Day on the Farm

I pulled an all day taking pictures for a few families so Josh was so nice to take the kids and watch them for me. He took them to his Dad’s farm and they had a blast. Jaxon loved the baby goats and these pictures drive me crazy because he had his binky in while at the farm and I think that is just gross so I guess that is one thing about Mommys, they just have an eye for things like that :) Josh brought his camera and took pictures which was very nice of him because he knew I would want pictures of their fun day. That is one thing I do not like about taking pictures is I miss out on my kids for a couple hours that day and I don’t like that. It is best for me to be home and be a Mommy. The kids loved riding the donkey and they couldn’t say enough wonderful things about their donkey ride. The hay stacks were also a hit and I can tell from the pictures!! I remember climbing hay stacks when I was little and it was so much fun!! I just love that the kids had so much fun on the farm even if I wasn’t there with them. I love that they all had their hats and boots on and especially their warm coats..what a good Daddy they have!!!
