"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

My little man

I don’t know if I have ever wrote this before but if so I am going to do it again. I never wanted a boy, never ever!! Every time I got pregnant I wanted a girl and I hoped and prayed it would be another girl. So when I found out this little man was coming into my life I really had to prepare myself. I didn’t know what to think about having a son or raising a son or how to be a mother to a son. Well I can honestly say that the Lord knew I needed this little man in my life and he sent him to me because he knew I would love him so much. I could honestly have ten little boys like him, he is just wonderful! He makes me smile and laugh everyday. He is so cuddly and he loves me so much. I am so thankful that the Lord looked past my attitude towards boys and he had something better in mind for me. I will be forever thankful to be the Mother of this little boy.

; D My sister said the same thing as you did. She has 4 girls and 1 little man. She use to tell me and my other sisters that she felt sorry for us because we had boys. She would say, "Boys are loud, icky, dirty, messy, annoying, obnoxious....." Well.....you get the picture. We giggled and smiled when she announced it was a boy. She was SO worried about what to do with a boy. And now she says that same things as you. Too cute.

Your little man is adorable!
