"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

Karlee's Baby Blessing

My newest niece Karlee Ann was blessed last Sunday and it was a beautiful day! She is such a little doll and she is already loved by everyone. Here are some fun pictures of her special day. This is my Great Aunt Doris, so that would make her Karlee's Great Great Aunt, can you believe that? Doris you don't look old enough to be a Great Great Aunt!!

We had cinnamon rolls and fruit and it was yummy yummy!

The kids played and played like they always do when they get together.

My nephew Max

Grandpa and Jaxon

I wanted a family picture since all my family was there and this was before we got everyone rounded up, do you notice Jani and Maddy? They are always together I just think it is so fun that they have each other so close in age.

Then here is another one. Do you notice Kynzee and Alyssa, and Taya and Kenna? They are so cute together. Don't bother my brothers in the background hitting each other :)

Here is my whole family, we even got Grandma in there:)

Kynzee loving new baby Karlee

Jani holding Jaxon and Maddy holding Karlee. These girls are such big helpers with all the little cousins they have.

I can't forget this one....these two are still madly in love can you tell?

Jaxon loves them so much. He especially loved Rodgers tie!!

Grandma Ruth Marie Williams

Grandma Williams went back to heaven on July 6, 2010. She was 90 years old and she lived a beautiful life and left beautiful memories for all of us. I loved Josh's Grandma from the moment I met her, she was always so kind to me. It wasn't very long after I met her that I started calling her Grandma. I will miss her so much. We had such a special day for her and I am sure she was so proud. She loved everyone and taught us how to love everyone. When I left the church after everything was done and I was walking to the car, I felt her grab my arm and say "Thank you ,thank you, thank you, my dear" She use to always say that to me and I know that was her by my side.

She loved chickens and spent most of her life raising chickens on the farm.

We all put our hand prints on this piece of fabric with our names.

We all wore purple because it was her favorite color.

Picking flowers from her beautiful flower arrangement

Can you see the hands of my little ones waving to me?

A trip to the mountains with the Williams Family

We went up to the mountains with Josh's family and cooked hot dogs and rode 4-wheelers and motorbikes. This is something we always have tons of fun doing and we never do it enough :) The weather was beautiful and we had lots of fun.

This was cousin Seth's first time meeting Jaxon and he loved him so much, I will never forget how much he loved him :) He was so cute with Jaxon and wanted to hold him so I had to take some pictures of them together.
