"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

Gingerbread House!!
If you have never made a gingerbread house you really should try it!! We had so much fun making a gingerbread house with the girls. This is something they will remember forever, and Daddy even had fun helping us. What a fun Christmas activity!!!
Holly Molly your girls are looking so grown up!! and look how long Kynzee's hair is!! Making a Gingerbread house is always my favorite activity and it tastes good! :)
How fun! I love making gingerbread houses. We may have to do it! I also want to go to Bear Lake again this year, that was a blast, and just fun to get away.
I'm glad you commented on my blog! I keep forgetting to check up on yours. I love the little houses. That really is a fun thing to do. We might decorate gingerbread men today. That should be fun, too! In answer to your question, my due date should be about June 18th. I haven't been to the doctor yet, though, so we'll see if they tell me different. It's good to hear you say three is easier than two, because I'm getting a whole lot of the opposite kind of "encouragement!"
What a fun activity - I'm definitely doing it with my girls. Your "sock monster" was adorable - My "baby" put one on her head and ran straight into the wall. Merry Christmas!
Look how fun! This is one of my favorite traditions and is so fun for the kids! I haven't been on for a while, so it was fun to read about all that you and the girls have been up to. :) It was also SO fun to have you at Recipe Group again!!
Josh and I were married in September of 2002. We have four sweet little girls and a handsome little boy. Maddy 11, Kynzee 9, Makenna 7, Jaxon 5, and Raegan 2. I am a stay at home mommy right now and I am loving every minute of it. I wouldn't trade my job for the world. I love my husband and my children more than anything, and this blog is really all about our lives together. We have so much fun as a family. Life is a journey, not always an easy one, but we are making the most out of each day!
“One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.” Thomas S. Monson

We have done this for years! We started the year we got married. It is so much fun! We just use graham crackers, but still so much fun!
