"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

21 weeks

This picture was taken by Kenna :) I wanted a half way mark picture of my pregnant belly and Kenna was the only one around when I thought about it. Sorry about the wet hair…that about all that gets done with my hair these days!! I have really enjoyed feeling this sweet baby move lately, she is so active and I love it. My belly is growing fast and I am feeling really good. I am having a scheduled c-section so I only have 17 more weeks to go!!! It seems not very far away too me, lots to get done before she comes. We are all so excited!!!

Jaxon

Jaxon loves to stand right in front of the tv and watch whatever is on the tv. I have never had a child who loves to watch tv but Jaxon sure does. Josh was watching some kind of funny home videos and Jaxon would laugh so hard while he watched it was so funny. Notice his big boy underwear….he loves them :)

Piano Practice

Maddy and Kynzee spend a lot of time practicing the piano. I love listening to them practice, I have always loved piano music. I was listening to Maddy play and I was in the other room and all of a sudden it sounded terrible like she couldn’t remember the notes or something so I came out to the family room to check on her and this is what I found. Jaxon had put his book on the piano and he was practicing with Maddy. It was too cute to not get some pictures. Jaxon is always right there watching them play and it is so tempting to touch the piano keys while they play. We are in the process of making a piano room and I am thinking maybe we should leave the door on this room instead of opening it up so that the girls can play without any distractions like little Jaxon.

East Idaho Dance Showcase

Maddy and Kynzee had a performance for just one of their dances at the East Idaho Dance Showcase.  They are both really good little dancers and I love watching them dance. Josh stayed home with the little ones for me and I took them and it was actually really nice to relax and just watch them dance. People ask how I can possibly give attention to all my kids, well I take advantage of opportunities like this where it is just me and the two older girls spending fun times together. We had a wonderful girls evening and I think their dance is just adorable to watch. This is just the start of dance performances and we will have many more coming so I can’t wait. Maddy and Kynzee are lucky to have each other so close in age so they get to perform together. Their dance teacher wanted purple glitter eyes on them and the girls thought that was just awesome. Kynzee’s favorite color is purple so she really loved her eyes and wanted lots of pictures of them. They have a fun team of really nice girls and it has been nice for them to make so many new friends this year.

Maddy’s 6th Basketball Game

Maddy is still going strong playing ball with her broken arm. It could be the reason why she has been put off a couple weeks on getting her cast off, but she wont let a broken arm stop her from doing anything. She only has two more games and we are sure going to miss watching basketball every Saturday. Maddy made six baskets at this game and she was so excited every time she made a basket!! I think I got pictures of a few of her baskets she made :) I am impressed at how much better this cute little team of girls keeps getting every week. They all have a lot of fun and it is so much fun watching them.
