"Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride." Gordon B. Hinckley

Christmas Day

I take hundreds of pictures on Christmas day! I don’t want to miss a moment so I have to take pictures of everything. So with 5 children it can become a little chaotic on Christmas day, but we sure have a lot of fun. I love to see the kids faces light up on Christmas morning, it is always a happy happy day for everyone.  We had a wonderful Christmas day this year, we opened presents and then ate left overs from Christmas Eve dinner and then we got to sit and relax the rest of the day, it was nice not to have to go anywhere, we just spent time as a family.DSC_1509DSC_1511DSC_1512DSC_1513DSC_1516DSC_1518DSC_1527DSC_1519DSC_1522DSC_1526DSC_1528DSC_1529DSC_1530DSC_1532DSC_1533DSC_1534DSC_1535DSC_1541DSC_1545DSC_1546DSC_1553DSC_1555DSC_1556

Seeing Christmas through a child's eyes is the best thing ever.

P.S. You got the SAME framed print that we did for our Anniversary! I love it.
