I am not sure why I took this picture or if I was even the one who took it but I found it on my phone and thought it was a cute picture of Maddy! I just love this sweetheart she really is so good to me and to her siblings we are really lucky to have her in our home. Maddy is my right hand girl and she is such a good helper, love her so much.
The kids love to carve pumpkins! We usually have pumpkins from our garden but this year we didn’t plant a garden so we got our pumpkins from the pumpkin patch. We just draped a big piece of butcher paper across our kitchen island and let them go at it. It is nice that the kids are getting bigger and can do some of the carving by themselves because it is really hard for Josh and I to carve 5 pumpkins alone. We had so much fun and our pumpkins turned out so cute. Raegan kept trying to eat her pumpkin, she was not sure what to do with it. We made pumpkin bars and had those after we carved our pumpkins (no I did not make them from fresh pumpkin). What a fun day, I love watching the kids have fun doing something they love.
Sometimes I take advantage of having all my kids clean and dressed nice and after church I will take a few pictures of them looking their Sunday best. It isn't everyday that all five of them look clean at the same time. My little Raegan is getting harder and harder to take pictures of because she gets really mad at me and doesn’t sit still so I have to be quick and I usually cant get one of all five of them together.
My kids were so excited to have leaves on the ground this year!! Our trees have always been small and we don’t have very many leaves and every year they ask why we don’t have leaves and why they cant jump in piles of leaves, so this year the trees had grown quite a bit and we have lots of leaves!! The kids raked them in a big pile and had so much fun running and jumping through the piles. The kids got me with the leaves and they laughed and loved it!! We had the best day, I will never forget how much fun the kids had, I just love these pictures and these fun kids of mine.
