Raegan and I have been coming home during Sunday School because Raegan is a little stinker and wont sit on my lap. So today when I came home with her I decided to take some pictures of her and sing some primary songs. Raegan loves to sing and she sings really loud it is so fun to listen to her. I love this sweet girl even if she wont sit still during church.
I tried to get Maddy to smile for me so I could test the light for my camera before I did a photo shoot for someone and these are the faces she gave me, silly Maddy. I love Maddy’s eyes in these pictures, it must be the green shirt bringing out the color of her eyes but they are so pretty. This girl is growing up right before my eyes and its killing me.
We had to make a quick trip to Salt Lake for a doctor appointment for me and Josh needed to pick up some fencing material for a job so we decided to make a weekend out of it and at least stay the night. We stayed at the Grins and Fins Hotel that the kids love!! They played and played at the water park there and had so much fun. We woke up to snow on Sunday morning and the kids were so excited to see snow for the first time of the year, it melted really quick and we made it to my doctor appointment and home safely. We had a fun, much needed family getaway.
A friend of ours is a fireman for the city of Idaho Falls and he was in charge of a Fireman’s Ball and invited us to go. It was a formal night with dinner and dancing and a speaker and it was so fun! We really had a wonderful time with each other and with our friends. Its always fun to dress up and go dancing, at least I think it is, Josh might think differently :) I had just gotten braces a few days before so I was super mad about that and so self conscious and couldn’t smile or should I say didn’t know how to smile and food kept getting stuck in my teeth and that was humiliating but other than that we had a great evening. My cute 8 year old took these pictures for me, she is so sweet.
