My sister Katie had a yummy lunch at her house Easter Sunday. We then had an Easter egg hunt for the kids and they had a blast!! I love my family and it was so fun to be with them for Easter. I longed all week to be close to my family and the people who are constant in my life who love me and my children. I had a wonderful Easter Sunday with them and the joy from my kids.
The kids love, love, love coloring Easter eggs!! They really had a good time coloring eggs and they each could do it all by themselves. I love having fun with the kids doing things they love. I love to see them smile and laugh and get excited about something and coloring Easter eggs is one of those, such a fun day! 
It is Easter morning and the Easter bunny came to our house! The kids were all so excited to get new rain boots, they wear them year round here…so much fun! Raegan loved digging everything out of her basket and she was so cute to watch. Jaxon was in heaven with all the candy in his basket and he was inhaling it pretty fast. The girls were thrilled with what the bunny brought and were having a fun morning. We had church at 9:00 so we had to be up and ready early. The kids got to wear their new Easter clothes and they all looked so cute. Church was wonderful I remembering crying through the whole thing. So grateful for our Savior and for the atonement. What a wonderful gift he gave to us. Easter is such a special day. I remember this day being a really hard day for me but somehow I managed to pull it off and make it a wonderful day for everyone.
